All purchase are done by sending us an email scandinaviansilver@comhem.se. Contact us if you want more information about an object, we can always send you more pictures of the object. The aim is to sell pieces in as good original condition as possible, but since part of the stock is vintage there could be some wear. Our objects are of highest quality, injuries if any are always stated.
The prices are stated in EUR. All prices include 20% VAT in the European union. Payments can be done by wire transfer, PayPal (credit card in EUR or USD) or for many European countries mail package against payment. The buyer pays for any transport but we arrange packing and shipping. The customer is responsible for any customs and import charges.
You are guaranteed to have money back if you return the object within two weeks after the receipt, in that case you will only pay for the return postage. You shall notice us by email within two weeks after receipt of package that you will return the object notifying us of your account and bank. Please always use reliable conveyor, you are responsible for any loss until we receive the object.
